Patient information
In order to secure a booking with us all patients will be required to provide the following
Full name
Address
Telephone number
Email address
We will not share your information with any third parties, nor will we send you unsolicited information.
Your information is protected and treated as confidential in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
You may of course choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time.
Appointments
We are able to set up an initial telephone call with clinic manager Lisa to discuss your needs and requirements before your consultation with one of our registered medical professionals.
We offer both in clinic and video consultations.
A booking fee of £30 is payable to secure your consultation or treatment appointment. This amount will be taken off the total cost of any treatment you decide to go ahead with. I
If you do need to cancel your appointment please can you do so with as much notice as possible so that we can make best use of our appointment system.
If an appointment is not cancelled with at least 48 hours notice then the booking fee of £30 will be kept and a further fee of £30 charged for any further bookings.
Any client who fails to attend two appointments without notice will be expected to make payment in full for all future appointments.
If you are undergoing a course of treatments as part of a package and fail to attend or do not provide 48 hours notice of cancellation or change then the will be fortified.
If you are unwell, suffering from cold sores it is usually best not to attend your appointment, please telephone us to discuss so that we may advise. A Covid-19 screening questionnaire will be carried out by telephone or online form completion 24 hours before your appointment.
We offer a review appointment for dermal filler and botulinum toxin as part of our service; this review is carried out between 2-4 weeks after treatment and will not be offered after 4 weeks have passed. During this current time period of Covid-19 restrictions we will also be offering a service of a telephone or video call review, which will be our preferred method, or appointment review until further notice.
Payment
A booking fee is payable for consultations and treatment bookings, this £30 fee is redeemable against any treatment carried out within one month of the consultation.
Before we start treatment we shall advice you of the full cost of any procedure or treatment plan.
We collect full payment at the time of the treatments
We accept payment by most major credit/debit cards, bank transfer or cash.
We are able to offer finance and we can provide further details of this upon request.
Refunds
Our fees are charged for delivery of a treatment and the surrounding service, which includes;
Consultation be it in person or video call
Provision of advice and information
Safe treatment, carried out by registered medical professional using evidence based products.
Aftercare, advice and support including review appointments
We pride ourselves on our excellent service, ethical advice and safe treatment provided by one of our medical professionals using the best products. We can not guarantee individual results and can not offer refunds based on this failing to meet your expectations.
Packages and treatments are to be paid in full before treatment commences and are non refundable.
Children
We do not treat those under the age of 18
We would ask were possible not to bring children to your appointment but we do understand if you do not have child care in place that occasionally they may need to attend with you.
Complaints
If you do have a complaint please contact Lisa as soon as possible. An appointment will be made for you to be seen. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available upon request.
